Jesse McCartney plays Brandin Westerly in the TV series "Summerland."


*A long career:
At age seven, Jesse started his acting career in the theatre.

In 1998 he made his first appearance on television in the series "All My Children". In 2004, he started acting in the TV series "Summerland". He has also appeared in two films.*He loves music:

At age 12, Jesse payed in a group, Dream Street.
The group went on tour with Britney Spears. His first solo album was Beautiful Soul (2004).

*His new album:
Jesse's latest album is Right Where You Want Me.
I worked with some cool producers.
It's a fun pop-rock album, he says.

*His family:
Jesse's parents also worked in the theatre. Jesse has a sister called Lea and a brother called Timmy. He has two rats, Mocha and Blanche.*Jesse fans:Jesse says: "I have a lot of support from my family andmy fans.I want to work hard to make them proud."*Summerland:In the TV seres, Jesse plays one of the three children in the Westerly family.Their parents die in an accident and they move to California to start a new life with their aunt. Brandin (and Jesse!) learn to surf in Califonia.
